Czym jest PrestaShop?

PrestaShop is a free, open-source e-commerce platform, especially popular in Europe. You host it yourself and run the whole store from its back office, with modules and themes for everything from payments to marketplaces.

Co robi?

Runs the store
Product pages, cart and checkout in many languages and currencies.
Manages orders
Every order with its status, invoices, credit slips and shipping.
Keeps the catalog
Products, combinations, categories, stock and prices.
Extends with modules
Payment, shipping and marketing modules from PrestaShop Addons.

What PrestaShop adds to Trackian

Trackian reads your PrestaShop orders, products and customers through the store's Webservice API and puts real revenue next to your ad spend and GA4 traffic. Your store is the source of truth for what was actually sold, so Trackian can show the gap between what the ad platforms claim and what came in.

What you get

Real revenue on the timeline
Orders, revenue, average order value and refunds, day by day, next to spend and sessions.
Sentinel on watch
Nightly checks on revenue, orders and average order value, so a checkout problem is flagged the next morning.
Honest ROAS
Blended return on ad spend based on store revenue, not only on what Meta or Google report.
An agent that knows your store
Read access through Trackian's MCP, so your AI agent can look up orders and products and explain why revenue moved.

Before you connect

You need back-office admin access. Under Advanced Parameters → Webservice, enable the Webservice, add a key with GET (view) permission on orders, order_states, order_slip, customers, products and currencies, and paste it together with your store URL.
