SendGrid is an external connector in beta. Your AI agent reads it on demand through Trackian's MCP; its data does not appear in Trackian's own dashboards or Sentinel yet, and Trackian never writes to SendGrid. Message-by-message activity needs SendGrid’s paid Email Activity add-on.
In SendGrid, open Settings → API Keys → Create API Key, choose Restricted Access, give Stats and Marketing read access, and paste the key.
