What is Google Business Profile?

Google Business Profile is Google's free listing for local businesses. It is the panel that shows your address, hours, phone number and photos on Google Search and Google Maps.

What Google Business Profile adds to Trackian

Connecting Google Business Profile lets your AI agent read your listings and their performance through Trackian's MCP. For a business with physical locations, that shows the local demand your website analytics miss: calls, direction requests and Maps visibility.

Good to know

Google Business Profile is an external connector in beta. Your AI agent reads it on demand through Trackian's MCP; its data does not appear in Trackian's own dashboards or Sentinel yet, and Trackian never writes to Google Business Profile. Reviews are not included yet.

Before you connect

Click connect and sign in with the Google account that owns or manages your Business Profile. Google asks for permission to manage your profiles, the only access level it offers, but Trackian only reads.
