Overview

What is SoftOne?

SoftOne (Soft1) is an ERP system from Greece, used by small businesses and large companies alike. It runs sales, purchasing, warehouse, accounting and customer records in one system, in SoftOne’s cloud or on your own servers.

What does it do?

  • Records every sale

Orders, invoices, shipments and returns as sales documents with their item lines.

  • Tracks stock

Items, warehouses and quantities on hand.

  • Keeps the customer record

Customers with their contacts, balances and history.

  • Reports

Built-in reports and saved queries over all of it.

What SoftOne adds to Trackian

Connecting SoftOne lets your AI agent read your ERP live through Trackian's MCP: sales documents with totals for any date range, products and stock, customers, and any other record your SoftOne holds. Because the ERP records every sale, from the web shop to wholesale, the agent can check what your campaigns really sold against the orders your ads and GA4 report.

What you get

  • Sales for any period

Sales documents and their totals for up to 92 days at a time, with item lines when you need them.

  • Products and stock

What you sell and how much is left, before a campaign pushes an item that is running out.

  • Customers

The company's own customer record, next to the people your campaigns reach.

  • Your own reports

Reports and saved queries that already exist in your SoftOne, run on request.

Good to know

SoftOne is read live and only by your AI agent; its data does not appear in Trackian's dashboards or Sentinel, and Trackian never writes to it. One SoftOne company per project. The SoftOne connector is in alpha.

Before you connect

Ask your SoftOne partner for a web account made for Trackian, with read rights only, and the App ID of the Web Services application it may use. Then enter your SoftOne server address (the https address of your SoftOne web services, for example https://yourcompany.oncloud.gr or https://yourcompany.s1cloud.net), the web account's username and password, and the App ID, and choose the company this project should read.
