WooCommerce integration

What is WooCommerce?

WooCommerce is a free, open-source e-commerce plugin for WordPress. It turns a WordPress site into an online store, and you host it yourself, so you own the store, its data and every extension you add.

What does it do?

Sells from WordPress
Product pages, cart and checkout inside your existing WordPress site and theme.
Manages orders
Every order with its status, payment method, shipping and refunds.
Keeps the catalog
Simple and variable products, prices, stock and categories.
Extends with plugins
Payments, shipping, subscriptions and thousands of other extensions.

What WooCommerce adds to Trackian

Trackian reads your WooCommerce orders, products and customers through the store's REST API and puts real revenue next to your ad spend and GA4 traffic. Your store is the source of truth for what was actually sold, so Trackian can show the gap between what the ad platforms claim and what was really paid for.

What you get

Real revenue on the timeline
Orders, revenue, average order value and refunds, day by day, next to spend and sessions.
Sentinel on watch
Nightly checks on revenue, orders and average order value, so a broken payment gateway is flagged the next morning.
Honest ROAS
Blended return on ad spend based on store revenue, not only on what Meta or Google report.
An agent that knows your store
Read access through Trackian's MCP, so your AI agent can look up an order, list best sellers or explain why revenue dipped last week.

Before you connect

You need an administrator account on the WordPress site. In WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API, add a key with Read access and paste the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret together with your store URL.
