The lead reached your inbox. Did your tracking count it? A Trackian specialist compares what your tracking recorded with the leads you actually received, and tells you within 24 hours what's missing, why, and what to fix first. It's free; we ask a few short questions first to make sure it's a fit.

What we compare

  • The leads you actually received

The leads that reached you over the last 30 days, from the list you export from your CRM, form tool or inbox, without spam and duplicates. Everything else is compared with them.

  • What GA4 recorded

The lead events Google Analytics recorded for the same days.

  • What Google Ads and Meta counted

The leads each platform credits to its own ads, including Meta's lead counts. If a form fill counts as a lead, spam and repeat submissions count too, unless someone filters them out.

  • What's missing, or counted twice

The leads your tracking didn't record, and the ones it counts twice - or that nothing is off.

  • Why

The reason behind the gap, in plain words.

  • What to fix first

The first fix, for you or whoever runs your tracking.

Who it's for, and who it's not for

At the reception desk of a small dental clinic after hours, the practice manager ticks off a printed tracking report against the appointment book and her phone-message notes.

Who it's for

  • Businesses that collect leads through forms, calls or bookings, advertise on Google Ads or Meta, and have GA4 on the site.
  • Owners and marketing leads whose reported leads don't match the enquiries that arrive, or whose sales team says the leads got worse.
  • Agencies and freelancers who want a second opinion on a client's lead numbers (whoever runs it).

Who it's not for

  • Businesses that don't advertise on Google Ads or Meta, or don't have GA4 on the site. If you apply anyway, we'll reply and point you to the free sheet below.
  • Anyone after a tracking rebuild, call tracking or a pixel audit: the check finds and explains the gap; fixing it is up to you, whoever runs your tracking, or our Fix Sprint (delivered by people, priced separately).
  • Anyone who'd rather do it by hand: Find Your Missing Leads, the free sheet, walks you through the same comparison yourself.

How it works

Honest note

Delivered by people, not scripts. A Trackian specialist does the comparison and tells you what they find. It isn't an automated scan, and it isn't an audit of your Meta, Google Ads or TikTok pixels: it compares what your tracking recorded with the leads you actually received. Some difference is normal - people decline cookies, and ad platforms count form fills that turn out to be spam or duplicates - so the check tells you what's missing and why, and if nothing needs fixing, it says so. It can only compare calls that are in your own lead records, and it doesn't fix anything for you: that's up to you, whoever runs your tracking, or the Fix Sprint.

  1. Apply

Answer a few short questions so we can make sure the check is a fit. Within 1 hour, during working hours, a Trackian specialist emails you personally to confirm your email address and that you still want the check.

  2. A specialist compares

You add our specialist's email address as a view-only user in GA4, Google Ads and Meta, and send your lead list for the last 30 days, exported from your CRM, form tool or inbox with names, emails and phone numbers removed. The specialist compares what your tracking recorded with the leads you actually received.

  3. Within 24 hours, you hear back

The 24 hours start when you reply to the specialist's email. You get a short written summary by email - what's missing, why, and what to fix first - with a link to book an optional 15-minute walk-through.
