💡 About the Role
This is a foundational role at the intersection of Agentic AI product development and high-level Analytics Consulting. As a Web Analytics Operations Specialist, you will be the technical lead for data accuracy – your work is split between building the foundation for our AI-powered anomaly detection system and delivering high-impact analytics audits for our external clients. You are responsible for ensuring every data point is precise, validated, and ready for action.
🔥 What You’ll Do
✅ Execute Full Data Health Checks and GA4 Audits (Standard to Enterprise) for our client portfolio.
✅ Support the development of our AI investigation logic by ensuring platform data (GA4, Shopify, etc.) is correctly mapped and validated.
✅ Deploy advanced tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM), including Server-Side tagging and Consent Mode.
✅ Act as the technical expert on Monthly Briefing calls, providing clarity on attribution, data quality, and ROI.
✅ Own the technical execution of platform data pipelines and ensure zero-error delivery on all external audit tasks.
✅ Collaborate with our AI development team to define data validation rules and anomaly detection patterns.
🎯 Who You Are
Required experience:
✅ 1+ year of hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and BigQuery.
✅ Strong proficiency in Google Tag Manager (Web and Server-Side).
✅ Proven track record in e-commerce event mapping and technical data validation.
✅ You have a “Machine” mindset – high discipline, detail-oriented, and a focus on logic over fluff.
✅ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
✅ Strong communication skills and technical English proficiency.
Preferred (Bonus points!):
🌟 Familiarity with Google Ads or Meta Ads tracking and attribution.
🌟 Experience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau).
🌟 Understanding of Consent Mode v2 and privacy-first tracking approaches.
🌟 Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms.
🌟 Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, or data engineering concepts.
🌟 Experience working in a remote-first or startup environment.
