What is Recharge?

Recharge is a subscriptions platform for online stores, most often on Shopify. It powers subscribe-and-save products, subscription boxes and memberships, and the portal where subscribers manage their plans.

What Recharge adds to Trackian

Connecting Recharge lets your AI agent read your subscriptions, customers and charges through Trackian's MCP. That shows whether the customers your campaigns bring in stay subscribed, not only whether they placed a first order.

Good to know

Recharge is an external connector in beta. Your AI agent reads it on demand through Trackian's MCP; its data does not appear in Trackian's own dashboards or Sentinel yet, and Trackian never writes to Recharge.

Before you connect

The store owner needs to do this. In the Recharge merchant portal, open Tools & apps → API tokens, create a new Admin token, set the scopes you want to share to Read access, accept the API terms, save, and paste the token.
