This is a foundational role at the heart of our growth strategy. As a Business Development Representative, you will join our Sales & Customer Success department and be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities. You wonโ€™t just be sending emails; youโ€™ll be a strategic problem-solver, connecting with marketing leaders and showing them how Trackian can turn their data into a competitive advantage. This position is a perfect launchpad for a career in sales, with opportunities to grow as we scale our customer experience team.

๐Ÿ”ฅ What Youโ€™ll Do

โœ… Proactively identify, engage, and qualify new business prospects through strategic outbound emails, calls, and networking outreach.

โœ… Qualify and manage inbound leads from marketing campaigns and strategic partnership channels.

โœ… Clearly articulate the Trackian value proposition, understanding prospect needs and showcasing how our platform solves their problems.

โœ… Collaborate with the management in order to process and advance leads from strategic partnership deals.

โœ… Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, meticulously tracking your activities in our CRM.

โœ… Work closely with our product & marketing teams to align messaging and improve our go-to-market strategy.

โœ… Work collaboratively with the rest of the Sales & Customer Success team to ensure a seamless handover for new clients.

๐ŸŽฏ Who You Are

Required experience:

โœ… 2+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role (BDR, SDR, or inside sales role), preferably within SaaS.

โœ… You are data-savvy and results-driven, with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets.

โœ… You are a strong communicator and relationship-builder who can make complex ideas easy to understand.

โœ… You have an entrepreneurial and growth-focused spirit, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

โœ… You have a consultative and strategic mindsetyouโ€™re driven by curiosity and a desire to help businesses solve real problems.

โœ… Hands-on experience with both outbound prospecting and inbound lead management.

โœ… Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

โœ… Proficiency with modern CRM and customer engagement platforms.

โœ… Strong communication skills and technical English proficiency.

Preferred (Bonus points!):

๐ŸŒŸ Experience selling into marketing departments or in the MarTech/AdTech industry.

๐ŸŒŸ A foundational understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, SEM, Analytics).ย 

๐ŸŒŸ International business development experience? Thatโ€™s also a plus.

๐ŸŒŸ Fluency in other major European languages (German, Italian, French, Polish, Spanish) is a huge plus.

๐ŸŒŸ Familiarity with data analytics, business intelligence, or data science workflows.ย 

๐ŸŒŸ Familiarity with a structured sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler).ย 

๐ŸŒŸ Experience working in a remote-first or startup environment.
