💡 About the Role
As a UX/UI Expert at Trackian, you will be responsible for designing clear, intuitive, and scalable user experiences for data-heavy web applications. You will work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to transform complex datasets and workflows into elegant, highly usable interfaces.
This role sits at the intersection of UX strategy, UI execution, and developer-ready design systems. You will design in Figma with a strong understanding of how designs translate into Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui, ensuring smooth handoff and implementation.
🔥 What You’ll Do
✅ Design UX flows and UI components for complex, data-rich dashboards, analytics views, tables, charts, and configuration screens.
✅ Translate product requirements and data logic into intuitive user journeys and interaction models.
✅ Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes in Figma, following component-driven and system-based design principles.
✅ Build and maintain a scalable design system aligned with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui.
✅ Prepare developer-ready designs, including proper auto-layout, spacing, tokens, and naming conventions for seamless export to Tailwind/shadcn.
✅ Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure design feasibility, consistency, and pixel-accurate implementation.
✅ Continuously improve usability, clarity, and information hierarchy in data-dense interfaces.
✅ Contribute UX thinking to product decisions, balancing business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.
🎯 Who You Are
Required experience:
✅ 3+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer for web applications.
✅ Proven experience designing data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, analytics tools, admin panels, SaaS platforms).
✅ Strong proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, design systems).
✅ Practical experience designing interfaces that are implemented with Tailwind CSS and/or shadcn/ui.
✅ Ability to structure designs so they can be efficiently exported or mapped to frontend code.
✅ Solid understanding of UX principles: information architecture, usability, interaction design, and accessibility.
✅ Experience working closely with developers and product teams in an agile environment.
✅ Strong communication skills and fluent technical English.

🌟 Experience with SaaS products and B2B platforms.
🌟 Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Vue) from a design-to-implementation perspective.
🌟 Experience designing tables, charts, filters, and advanced data visualizations.
🌟 Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
🌟 Experience evolving and maintaining long-term design systems.
🌟 Understanding of how product analytics and user behavior inform UX decisions.
